Coaching Shifts that Empower Educators to Inspire Students

In this session, we will delve into innovative approaches that empower educators to elevate their teaching craft and foster student success. As our educational landscape evolves, instructional coaching becomes increasingly vital in supporting teachers (and each other) on their professional journey. The session kicks off with an exploration of instructional coaching, emphasizing the importance of building strong teacher-coach relationships. Attendees will learn how to create a collaborative and supportive coaching environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect. Then, we will delve into strategies for promoting a growth mindset among educators. By understanding the psychology behind mindset shifts, participants will discover how to inspire teachers to embrace challenges, persist through setbacks, and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
