Father David Bailey
Father David Bailey is a Catholic priest in the Diocese of Tyler. He has over thirty years of experience as an advocate for Native issues. He studied Sociology and Native American Studies in Oklahoma, Cheyenne Language studies at Chief Dull Knife College on the Northern Cheyenne reservation in Montana, and earned a Masters Degree in Theology (MDiv) from Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans. Fr. Bailey speaks extensively about Native issues as well as Human Trafficking. He is a member of the Native American Advisory Board to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). He is also a co-host for The Church and Indian Country Podcast on YouTube.
