The Lodge Approach

Thrive 2026

Thrive 2026 is a three‑day NAIS conference in Seattle for independent school educators and leaders. It focuses on how schools are responding to current pressures: enrollment and financial uncertainty, staff burnout, rapid changes in technology (including AI), and ongoing conversations about equity and access. The overall emphasis is on sharing concrete examples, tools, and data rather than broad inspirational themes. Setovaatse, John and Sam shared about the Educators’ Conference coming this summer, programming for students and adults and AR and artifacts from ahtove.org.
