The Lodge Approach enjoyed tabling at the NMPED Indigenous Education Convening in Albuquerque, NM on March 12th. We met many educators and administrators committed to improving the education of indigenous youth in public, private and charter settings. Thrive 2026 Thrive 2026 is a three‑day NAIS conference in Seattle for independent school educators and leaders. It focuses on how schools are responding to current pressures: enrollment and financial uncertainty, staff burnout, rapid changes in technology (including AI), and ongoing conversations about equity and access. The overall emphasis is
