We have a winner of The Lodge Approach Educators’ Conference 2026 who participated at the Thrive 2026 conference, Kaajal J. from the University of Pennsylvania. She will receive one non-transferable registration to our summer conference convening in July at Chief Dull Knife College in Lame Deer, MT. Thrive 2026 is a three‑day NAIS conference in Seattle for independent school educators and leaders. It focuses on how schools are responding to current pressures: enrollment and financial uncertainty, staff burnout, rapid changes in technology (including AI), and ongoing conversations about equity and access. The overall emphasis is on sharing concrete examples, tools, and data rather than broad inspirational themes.
